After seven (7) years renting a 2000 sq ft unit in a crowded plaza located right behind a Wawa gas station and, having dealt with a church directly next door to us which does not hesitate to play unbearable loud music during prayers, Jumu'ah, and while in ongoing religious seminars, the community of MASJID QUBAA initiated the search of a property to purchase.

Following active evaluations of alternative locations, by Allāh’s Mercy, we have just recently signed a contract to buy a 3.5 acre property with nearly 4,000 sq ft covered space located within 1.5 miles from our current location.

The total amount to ‘close’ on the property is $475,000. MASJID QUBAA has made a non-refundable deposit of $10,000 in order to put a hold on it. However, this deposit will be lost if the full amount ($475,000) is not paid within 90 days!

Our options are limited: either we wait until we are removed from the plaza where we are currently renting, or, close the deal on this new property we are hoping to purchase.

MASJID QUBAA depends on Allāh عز و جل firstly and then we trust that we can successfully accomplish this goal with everyone's help!

It would takes 475 persons to donate a $1000 or 4,750 persons to donate a $100 in order to come up with the necessary funds. Any amount, however significant, is welcomed.

Take advantage of this reward of Sadaqah al-Jāriyah (ongoing charity) and DONATE FOR THE SAKE OF ALLAH!

And spend (in charity) of that with which We have provided you before death comes to one of you, and he says: "My Lord! If only You would give me respite for a little while(i.e. return to the worldly life), then i should give Sadaqat (i.e. Zakat) of my wealth, and be among the righteous [i.e. perform Hajj (pilgrimage to Makkah)and other good deeds]. And Allâh grants respite to none when his appointed time(death) comes. And Allâh is All-Aware of what you do. [Al-Munafiqun (63), v.10-11]

Believe in Allâh and His Messenger (Muhammad -Allâh raises His rank and grant Him Peace-), and spend of that whereof He has made you trustees. And such of you as believe and spend (in Allâh's Way), theirs will be a great reward. [Al-Hadid (57), v.7]

Verily, those who give Sadaqat (i.e. Zakat and alms), men and women, and lend Allâh a goodly loan, it shall be increased manifold (to their credit), and theirs shall be an honourable good reward (i.e. Paradise). [Al-Hadid (57), v.18]
